We hope that you are happy with your purchase, however if this is not the case, you can return (withdrawal from contract)  your item for any reason within 14 days (starting from the day you receive your order).

Returned items must comply with our returns policy:

– Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused

-Items must have all tags attached

-You can treated with products only as if you were allowed in a “stone shop”

-You can not withdraw  withdraw from the contract for custom make products by your requirements

Please take care when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted. Please note that you will need to cover the postage cost yourself in case of returning. However if you have received a faulty item or the wrong item, then we will cover those charges. We recommend that you insure the package for the amount of goods price. This is incase the package is lost or damaged upon its return to us. If the package is lost or damaged upon its return, you will not be able to receive your refund. International customs duties and taxes are non-refundable for shipments outside the EU.

How to return:

-If you really wish to return your purchase to us, please inform us to lazoet@lazoet.com

-Pack the item securely. Please write your order number on the outside of the package.

-Send packing to our address together with your invoice and fill Withdrawal Form.

-After receiving the return, we’ll send a refund to your bank account within the next 14 days.

COMPLAINTS AND GUARANTEE PERIOD

The guarantee period set by the law is 24 month. If during this period there is a fault on our product, you can apply for complaint by filling Return Form and sending product to our address. Until 30 days we will solve your situations. Damage caused to the product by wearing it, mechanical damage to the product caused by washing with other manner than that stated in the instruction manual, will not be considered a justified reason for a claim.
